Adult Dance at the JFDC
Our adult focused sessions take place at our fantastic studio located in the MK Snap Building, Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes MK7 7DE. Which boasts a large sprung wooden floor, access to mirrors, Air-con and accessible free parking.

Whether you are a beginner, an experienced dancer, someone looking for some exercise or if you are getting married and want to give your first dance a bit of flair, we have the course class or event for you.
​
All sessions are lead by fully IDTA qualified Dance Teachers and attendance to any of our courses, events and classes is welcomed solo, with a partner or in groups.

Learn to Dance Courses
Wednesday Evenings 8.30-9.30pm
If you have limited or no dance experience, our Wednesday evening dance courses are the perfect place to start. Over five weeks, dancers will learn two complete routines (one Ballroom and one Latin) in a fun and friendly environment.
Solo dancers and couples welcome.
£35 per person or £8 weekly

Advanced Ballroom & Latin
Thursday Evenings 8.00-9.30pm
This session is for competent dancers who are looking for more challenging choreography and to develop their dancing. All main Ballroom and Latin dances are covered and practice time is included in the session.
Solo dancers and couples welcome.
£10 weekly
Ballroom Social Dance Evenings
Last Friday of every other month 7.30-9.30pm
These evenings are always fun and friendly with plenty of space to dance, socialise and have fun. There will be plenty of Ballroom and Latin music all evening, hot drink facilities (please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks) and some light sequence tuition

Taste of Technique
Wednesday Evenings 7.30-8.30pm
In this session, we delve deeper into what makes a great Ballroom & Latin Dancer by exploring the technique of each dance using the IDTA syllabus. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who which to develop their existing knowledge and improve their performance.
Solo dancers and couples welcome.

Wedding Dance Tuition
By Appointment (in 30 or 60 minute blocks)
Give your wedding day the wow factor with bespoke wedding dance choreography from the JFDC. we offer wedding first dance tuition for any song for any ability in a fun and friendly environment NB: If you need to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours notice is required or the session will be charged for in full.
£22 per 30 Minute block (£42 per hour)
Dance Mobility
Thursday Mornings 9:45-10.45am (10.45-11.15 social)
This low cost low impact dance exercise class is ideal for individuals looking for a gentle workout and social time with a Ballroom & Latin flavour. This class is designed so it can be participated in to your comfort level and is ideal for seniors, those with restricted mobility or just those looking to have fun.

One to One Tuition
By Appointment (in 30 or 60 minute blocks)
Do you need some extra practice or develop your dance skills? Why not book a one to one session with one of our experienced teachers. These sessions are great if you like to dictate the content of your sessions or wish to prepare for IDTA exams. NB: If you need to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours notice is required or the session will be charged for in full.

IDTA Teacher training
By Appointment (in 30 or 60 minute blocks)
Looking to take your dance training further and become a teacher? We offer complete training in IDTA professional qualifications in Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle and many more. Begin to train in a job you will love! NB: If you need to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours notice is required or the session will be charged for in full.
